So, a few nights ago I had a dream. It wasn’t that extraordinary of a dream. It was about an apartment that I had moved into (not in real life, only in the dream) that was SO beautiful and I loved it SO much. There were all the things that I wanted: hardwood floors, big windows, lots of space, old world charm and romance… the only problem was, this apartment was FILLED with stuff! There were boxes and boxes of stuff EVERYWHERE filling up the rooms! And in my dream a friend of mine helped me go through the boxes, organized their contents, and put things where they belonged opening up a huge amount of space. I was so happy in this dream!
And then I woke up. Just like that.
But I knew it wasn’t just a dream; it was instructions.
Sometimes you have dreams and they can seem pretty mundane, but they really stick with you and sometimes they bring with them thoughts about how to apply them. And when I woke up, I just KNEW that this dream was telling me how to fix my problems I’ve been having with my studies. You see, I’ve just been cramming all this really great information into my brain, but I haven’t been taking the time to sort through it, organize it by it’s usefulness, and file it away properly and, I’ll admit, it’s seemed pretty crowded in here.
So my dream suggests that I go back over all this information with a friend and help connect it to things, organize it, and put it where it belongs.
