Ram Dass

This link was shared on a message board I frequent by Gypsy Raven. It’s a fascinating introspection on our habits, addictions, and defense mechanisms, where they come from and how to reprogram the mind and spirit so that they release these habits and form new ones TOGETHER instead of separately. People who are familiar with the cycle of addiction will know these concepts, but the really fascinating part is in the reprogramming. I myself have often used music to ‘reprogram’ or ‘disrupt’ thought processes, but I don’t think I’ve ever thought to use them in such a Pavlovian way. Enjoy!

Nathara Witch
Nathara has been a practicing psychic, witch, spiritual advisor, and teacher for over two decades. As a third generation intuitive, she had the benefit of learning from the generations before her and holds that privilege close to her heart as the time she had with her mother is dear and precious to her. As an empath, she has always cared deeply for other people- maybe too deeply – and ultimately wants the world to happy and healthy. This is ultimate motivation behind CrowSong Lodge – how to heal the world – and giving folks the same benefit and privilege that she was given.
