I was getting caught up on my blogs today and ran across this one by Ms. Lisa M about grounding and centering and appreciated the reminder and thought I’d pass it a long. I’ve been forgetting to do this recently and it could well be why I’ve been feeling so flighty and frayed lately, and perhaps also why I’ve been so scattered lately.
Even psychology has done studies showing how important it is to slow down and take some time for quiet and relaxation on a regular basis.
